I want Ella to eat lots of oatmeal for the extra iron, vitamins, and minerals it provides. I buy her Earth’s Best Whole Grain Organic; either ‘Apple Sweet Potato, or just Original. (I also saw Dr. Sears recommend this on a random YouTube clip I came across)
To get her to actually enjoy eating oatmeal I have figured out the BEST [natural] concoction:
- 1/4 cup of the oatmeal
- [about] 1/8 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons plain Whole Milk Yogurt with honey
- Dash of cinnamon [to taste]
- Teaspoon organic-nothing added Peanut Butter (optional)
